1. Hangila Mama - Aruni Chandrika Recorded at Kothmale FM the singer is a young girl from a nearby village, Nawalapitiya Warakawa. She says she has spied a tiny butterfly in the garden and so she waits and hides planning to catch it. She observes the butterfly sucking honey from the jasmine and playfully scolds it as being a little thief. Whilst watching, she is faced with the beauty of the butterfly and is surprised. 4. Mahaweli Mahimaya - Manikay Samarathunga The song, recorded by Kothmale FM, is about the Mahaweli river which flows through the region and is Sri Lanka's second longest river. She talks about the origins of the river, Sri Pada (Adams' Peak), a pilgimege site, known as Lord Budda's footprint.
